Core Enterprise was first used in 2002 by Fletchers Bakery for production control. It was redesigned in 2007 to a web enabled system and has been use in the food and process industry since then. Continually updated as the market has changed now with web service links to SAP and other ERP systems in a closed loop environment. Core does not have financial SOP functionality leaving that to the in house installed system, but integrates with the EDI orders and BOMs to deliver daily or sometime hourly MRP and schedule. Core now generates the finished schedule for food processing with up to date RFID control if required. Core has a Planned maintenance system and is a comprehensive Asset management system in its own right and completes an important part of manufacturing systems.
